August saw the graduation of Intake 003 and their formal enrolment as members of the 494 Squadron and the Air Training Corps. Over 50 relatives attended to see 17 new Cadets enrolled and be awarded their First Class badges. Intake 003 began their training in May and have completed an intensive basic training period.
The Squadron also used this occasion to host its annual awards evening with a number of promotions and awards:
